Our company is looking for a financial manager under the following conditions. The main responsibilities will include processing budgets, reports, and accounting data, working in cooperation with experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices; manage, monitor, and track payments.
• Prepare and evaluate budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Plan and manage cash flow, ensuring proper execution and control.
• Perform monthly financial analysis; monitor revenues and expenses, compare results with plans, propose corrective financial actions, and prepare reports and analyses for management.
• Handle full banking administration, including guarantees and settlements.
• Coordinate leasing agreements and financial service providers, managing all related activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Communicate with international colleagues; prepare parent company reports, coordinate with related departments, and provide feedback on arising issues.
• Regular use of Pohoda accounting software program.
